Football Playoffs in Sight

After seven weeks of high school football, we're slowly starting to see a playoff picture form. In Division IV, we could very well see Aiken and Taft both capture playoff spots, as they currently rank at #6 and #7 in Region 16!

What makes things more exciting, is that these two teams are slated to go head-to-head at very last game to be played at current Stargel Stadium in week 10, potentially for the CMAC title (pending what happens until then).

In the meantime, Taft has a huge match-up this week at Western Hills High School as the Mustangs have put together an impressive season AND currently sit at #8 in Region 4 rankings. Both teams come into the game undefeated in the CMAC and will need wins to strengthen their resumes.

With three weeks of football to play, the CMAC looks strong with a potential three playoff teams! Make sure you follow @cmac_sports on Twitter for score updates and news!
